Kalfire Warranty Summary
The warranty period on Kalfire electrical fire is five years or up to 10.000 burning hours. For the Atmos Heating functions of the fireplace the warranty period is two years.
The glass is covered under warranty. This warranty is valid when the glass has been used under normal conditions and has not incurred any damage during installation.
Please note the following key points regarding the warranty coverage:
Normal Use: The warranty covers the glass when used as intended under normal circumstances, including standard temperature and humidity conditions.
No Damage During Installation: To maintain warranty coverage, it is essential that the glass was installed without causing any damage. Proper installation techniques and practices should be followed.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence, nor does it extend to any glass exposed to extreme heat or heat-related conditions beyond the specified limits.
