Focus Warranty Summary
Focus’ warranty conditions
Duration :
- Indoor wood-burning fireplaces: 2-year warranty after installation + 3 years (excluding
painting and surface treatments). - Outdoor fireplaces: guaranteed for 2 years after installation.
- Holographik models : guaranteed for 2 years after installation.
- Bioéthanol appliances : guaranteed for 2 years after installation.
- Barbecues: guaranteed for 2 years after installation.
- Wearing parts: out of warranty (hearth grate, protective plates, vermiculite, refractory bricks, seals, bearings)
- Glasses: out of warranty.
Defects covered:
- Design flaws
- Manufacturing defects
- Operating faults
Conditions to be met to benefit from the guarantee:
Report the defect at the time of observation.
- Provide the Focus order number, name and address of the end customer.
- Provide the photos necessary for the report
Carry out checks on delivery:
- The contents of the packages must be checked in the presence of the carrier
- Any damage must be precisely indicated at the time of receiving the delivery
Carry out checks before installation:
- Custom manufacturing requires that all parts be checked before installation (quantity, size, aesthetics).
Follow the installation and use instructions:
- The installation must comply with current regulations
- The user must follow the instructions for using Focus.
Return of a defective part:
- Focus may request the return of a defective part.
- Return transport is managed by Focus.
- The replacement part will be invoiced if the defective one is not returned within 4 weeks after shipment of the new one. A credit will be issued upon return of the defective part.
Costs covered under the warranty :
- Spare part manufacturing costs.
- Shipping costs for the replacement part.
- Return transport costs for the defective part.
